Richard Conniff holds the position of Chief Operating Officer – Fund Manager of RXR Realty. Mr. Conniff was employed by Reckson Associates Realty Corp.

from 1994 until January 2007. Mr. Conniff joined Reckson as a Senior Financial Analyst and was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President of Investments and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Conniff was responsible for the analysis of all investment opportunities including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and structured finance investments as well as the related due diligence, negotiation and closing of said transactions.

From 1992 – 1994, Mr. Conniff was employed by Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Manager and Portfolio Manager with responsibility for the supervision and financial management of a 3 million square foot portfolio on Long Island. From 1989 – 1992, Mr. Conniff was employed by VMS Realty Partners as Vice President of Asset Management.
